Our Court Service Department is ready to meet all your court filing needs in all courts.  Our Court Service staff maintains a high level of expertise and is able to answer all your questions regarding court procedures and fees.  We have strategically placed in-house managers within all the major courts in the cities in which our offices are located to coordinate assignments and review your documents before filing.  We offer Same Day and Next Day Filings.

Court Run / Daily Pickup
Depend on ACE for reliable daily court run service.  At a regularly scheduled time on a daily basis, a uniformed ACE representative will pickup outgoing documents and return completed assignments to your office.  All documents will be sorted and reviewed by our Court Service Coordinator before leaving for the appropriate court.  Updated court procedures and policies will be reported to you on a regular basis to avoid potential delays.  Our daily court run service is available at no monthly service charge for law firms with over 20 attorneys.

Fax/PDF Filings    
A vast network allow us to complete any fax filing assignment for those courts accepting fax/PDF filings at a fraction of the cost and time otherwise required.
